LOCATION
Wat Tmei, Siem Reap District, Siem Reap Province – After passing through the main entrance of the wat, the two memorials are straight ahead in the center of the courtyard. The older, larger memorial is the central structure while the newer, smaller memorial is the structure on the right.

DESCRIPTION
New memorial: Traditional-roofed, four-sided stupa, concrete, central glass encasement, with stairs leading up to core, filled with remains and on the exterior names of donors are written in Khmer and English, golden lion statues sit at each of its four corners

Old memorial: Empty with one window cracked and open, the newer memorial is filled with the remains
